About this Site
SG Anora provides advertising space for individuals and businesses. We are a platform only: we do not own, sell, inspect or deliver any item or service advertised, and we are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a seller. SG Anora is not an escort agency and plays no part in the booking of services advertised.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your country or state, whichever is higher, to place an advert or to access the adult sections of the Site.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Your adverts
You are solely responsible for the content of the adverts you publish, including their accuracy and legality. By publishing an advert you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Site.
You must not publish content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory or infringes anyone else’s rights;
- depicts, involves or appears to involve any person under the age of 18;
- advertises trafficking, coercion, or any non-consensual activity;
- infringes copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property;
- contains malware, spam or links intended to deceive.
We may refuse, edit, suspend or remove any advert at our discretion, and may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Adult content
Parts of the Site contain age-restricted material, including nudity and other adult sexual imagery. Access requires you to confirm your age and accept the conditions shown before entry. You must not allow anyone under 18 to access those sections, and you must only access them from a country or state where doing so is lawful.
Fees and paid features
Some features, such as promoting or featuring an advert, are chargeable. Prices are shown before you commit. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments for advertising services that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
Prohibited use
- Scraping, copying or redistributing Site content or images without the owner’s consent.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Site.
- Using the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any dealings with other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
